Pay per click advertising

just got an a $50 dollar gift card from Google for pay per click. My question is how many of you are using it and if it is worth keeping it for a longer time

Hi... we have used google click pay per click for another business my husband and I have. Unless I missed something the money goes really fast and I didn't see much result from it. We set a budget of 10 dollars a day and that woudl start at 12 mid night and be used up by like 3 am... We didn't even get into "normal" america hours. I didn't see much of an increase in business on it to the site. Just having the web site set up for web crawlers and naming our product image to link back to the products seems to bring in the most hits for us.

But again .. we only tinkered around with the google ad words. I would be interested in what others have to say. I could of totally done something wrong.

i used it and set my budget at like $40 a month. Usually only ever came to be $25-30 i spent. The main thing is setting up the right key words.

barncat do you get some traffic with it and sales or do you thing is not worth the time. Just use my gift card and let it go :tiptoe:

I seen a boost, small but just think ite helped get my website up in the ranks as well which is what i want
