Ravens
 Maybe I'm not quite clear about this, so someone please explain.I read several posts regarding wickless candles, you know, scented wax put in a jar but with no wick. My question is, why not just make tarts? Why put it in a glass container? Do they sell any better than tarts? I'm confused, that's for sure! joanncat18
Because you can have a larger amount of wax in the jar than in a lot of tart bowls. So the scent can last longer. Second because it's easier clean up. Tarts you have to wait to cool and put it in the freezer usually to get the thing out to change scents. With a wickless jar you can just take if off and put another one on. Don't have to wipe out the bowl or anything.
Judy, USMC
There are different types of warmers out there. Here's a link so you can see 2 types. The jar warmers look like a crock pot; just set a jar into it and it melts. Guess it's easier to swap out aromas that way.www.uscandleco.com/candles/candle-warmers/HTH
Ravens
Thank you for clearing the fog in my head. Do wickless candles sell well? Will any jar size do?
Judy, USMC
Don't really know how they sell. I only do melts and never had a request for a wickless container.
