soapmom25 Posted August 13, 2009 Share Posted August 13, 2009 I'm not sure how small you're looking for, but I used those years ago for the middle of diaper cakes and I always bought them from Papermart. They're probably calling "mailing tubes". The ones I bought were 36" long and I just cut them to the size I needed with a box knife.
