If you don't sew you can go to places like Michaels and they sell clothes just about the same size for those dolls. I believe just go by the size of your doll and you will find clothes. I know they sell a doll that looks like the AD but are not and they have clothes and accessries. Also, look at maybe Build a Bear as theirs might fit and they are not that expensive. Just take a look at Walmart and Target and hobby stores for similar doll clothes I bet you will find some. As far as matching the doll and girl clothes those would have to be made.
