use of e-wax without water

I would like to make a body butter with an emulsifying wax but i don't want to add water to the oil and butter mix, does anyone believe that leaving out the water is okay? Really all I want to do is take a basic lotion bar recipe and add e-wax to it.

If all you are doing is making a lotion bar, you don't need e-wax. I don't use it in my recipe. But if you want it, you don't have to add water. I use e-wax in my sugar scrubs but I don't add water. Its to help the scrub when the water is introduced in the shower or tub.
