Starr Posted May 12, 2009 Share Posted May 12, 2009 The best thing I've found is baby shampoo mixed with powdered tempera paint. I'm thinking mica might be nice for this instead or some other type of "dry" dye that we would use for B&B. If anyone else has something, I'd love to hear it!!!!
