bugsb1
I'm having difficulties wicking sage citrus with J223. I'm using 9oz hex jars and 8 oz jelly jars. I've tried all the 44Z on the 8 oz jully htp 83, cd10, any suggestions? For the 9 oz hex I'v used 51Z CD10 and with CD 12 it smokes a little. Any help. Oh yah I used 1.5 oz FO. Any suggestions will help. If I use LX wicks where should I start??Tim
trisha
Hi Tim,I just ordered LX18 and LX22 for my 8oz jj but I got the impression from others on this board that may be too much. I have not ben able to test them yet. I think they will be OK because I use high FO and dark color. It was suggested to me that I use LX14 in jj, but I don't know. I saw the wicking chart from candlescience.comand it was just my impression that 18 or 22 would be right for me.
MaryinCary
In a jelly jar with j50 I use a LX16 for the most part, but then I use mainly heavy Fo's with lots of color. I think a 14 might work with a lighter FO. HTH
trisha
I just poured my containers tonight. Used Peak's Perfomance Blend. 9% FO bannana nut bread from Just Scents. LX18 wicks. Will let you know tomorrow how they burn. Good luck and I hope you get my wicks soon:grin2:
