Lyndsay Posted February 1, 2009 Share Posted February 1, 2009 I saw this on a shelf...Dead Sea Mud Foaming Scrubingredients were - cream soap, genuine dead sea mud, camelina meal, strawberry seeds, grapeseeds, jojoba oil, pure cane sugar, dead sea clay and rhassoul clayAnyone wanna help with % of each? asheebeans Posted February 2, 2009 Share Posted February 2, 2009 If you have the ingredients on hand, try playing with it a bit. If you listed the ingredients as listed on the container, then you know the recipe is mostly cream soap. I don't expect they would add TOO much DSM to the mix because it is a rather expensive ingredient that you would be washing off anyway. If you have FBB I would try playing with that as your cream soap, and add the DSM by the teaspoonful. Now, FBB dries me out like crazy unless I put jojoba in it anyway, so I might go a little higher on my jojoba than some for that reason alone. I think the clays are probably in minimal amounts. If you are making a small recipe, perhaps 1/4 to 1/2 tsp? Play with it and see what you can come up with! That's part of the fun. I have some DSM and some FBB & jojoba, I may give this a whirl myself! I'll let you know if I come up with something workable and you post your results if you do, k?
