safaripat Posted January 26, 2009 Share Posted January 26, 2009 I ordered a lb of this from Gelluminations by mistake. I thought I had ordered Lavender Leaves. I never even heard of it before. Had to look the the meaning of the word. I couldn't believe I hit the wrong thing on the order but sure enough when I checked the order( sould have double checked) there it was. WhitePineCandle Posted January 26, 2009 Share Posted January 26, 2009 Hm. Anise is the most notable ingredient in absinthe. Absinthe literally smells like Nyquil (or vice versa). If you can't smell anise, it's not a true absinthe scent.
