mysticglow
I want to make a chocolate mint lip balm. I'll be using regular "smelly" cocoa butter for the chocolate. I plan to use peppermint EO for the mint. My question is, how much EO do I need to use? What percent of the oils? Also, I'm out of jojoba oil - what oil can I use to replace it and still get the same feel in the lip balm? TIA for your help, Judy
