Do we have to rename them, or since our suppliers sell the FO with the yankee name, is it ok to call our candles that?I believe you have to call your candles 'such and such type' or rename the scents.For example: Harvest - you could call it Harvest TYPE, or Harvest TIME, but legally you can't call it just HARVEST because it is trademarked by Yankee.
