pixisprkl Posted August 7, 2008 Share Posted August 7, 2008 Ok, I called my city clerk today to try to find out what I need to get my website up ... and to get all my ducks in a row to make sure everything is legal.I was told that if I sell online, I do not need a business license/sellers permit nor a DBA. Does that sound right? I am in N. TX and I am having a hard time finding information through my county/city... and I am worried that perhaps this woman is incorrect.I had an agenda...register a DBAget a tax ID #get sellers permitNow I am confused..... and ANY help would be so appreciated.TIA :smiley2: Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
