The reason I ask is because I am going to be selling candles but would also like to expand (way down the road) into bath & body. I do not want to have to redo anything later on.Also, if you don't include "Candle Co." can someone come along and take your name with "Candle Co." added to it. Beth-VT Posted July 30, 2008 Share Posted July 30, 2008 It is specific to each state, you need to check with yours. Here, if we are a DBA, we can not use any variation of Co in our business name.
