ccmak
I was yacking to this man who was a farmer and I was asking what he farmed and he said yada yada yada and SOY BEANS........Now my question which may be goofy:embarasse.....If this the same stuff I would buy from a supplier? or does the manufactures do some fancy stuff with it before we buy it to make candles?ThanksMelissa
topofmurrayhill
The farmer grows the beans, but they have to go through refineries and factories to make useful products. The stuff you buy for candlemaking is soy oil. Same as the Crisco cooking oil you buy at the store, except hydrogenated to make it solid.
