bells4shells Posted May 21, 2008 Share Posted May 21, 2008 Well, I took this recommendation from OT, but they say to put a couple of spoons in the freezer. Make up your lip balm recipe and before you pour, take the spoon from the freezer and dip the end of the spoon into the mixture. Should get cold enough for you to put on your lips and 'test' or taste the flavor. If you need to add more, that's what the second spoon is for. Works great!
