I allways get my order within 3 days. I've been buying my CDN wicks from them and a few other items. I was wondering tho how there FO'S are. I may have to get some samples to try them out. I understand this can't always happen, but I've added this company to my bookmarks. In fact, I'll add another company that processes and sends my order the very same day/next day-- Alabaster. Really quick to answer emails too. I love that since I am not a phone person at all. Nothing says awesome better than great customer service and speed.
