deb12c
I know the label has to have a list of ingredents in decending order but if you use several essential oils do you have to list them all? Or can you just say "Essential oils" ?
kidsngarden
I just say "essential oils" if it is on soap, but for other bath and body I list the particular oil. That said, I don't do big EO blends and it is usually in the name of the soap what oils are in it - no cutesy names on my EO soaps! But if you have a lot of different oils I would list them because of EO sensitivities... By law you don't have to have anything on the label at all if you are calling it "soap", but I like to anyway.
deb12c
Thanks for the fast reply. It's for a muscle rub balm and has several eo's in it. So I guess I should list them all.
kidsngarden
Yes, laws are very different about lotions and such than soap. Definetely list them and use thier INCI (scientific) names too.
