Fern
There is a bit of a myth amongst some people that you are suppose to cure container candles before they are burned...you really don't need to. I use J223 and have burned candles I've made the very same day that I have made them. There was no difference in the way they threw scent waiting one day or one week. wvcandleguy
From my understanding, the only wax that needs curing is Soy or Soy blends. I use JOY wax, and it definately has to cure anywhere from 2 to 7 days. I am switching over to J223, so its nice to know I dont have to cure em... very cool
crafty in SC
I use J223 and sometimes I'm very impatient, once I pour my candle and it sets up I burn it the same day. I have had a few oils that may need a day or two to cure, but for me if it throws that same day its a winner.
