sassy906
When my candles have achieved a full mp, but, I have only been doing this since October 2007. I know more experienced chandlers can give you a better answer.
Vio
When the melt pool is noticably big enough, I expect the scent to be throwing well. When it gets larger and wider to the edges and is burning longer, I expect it to be even better. Some fo's I've noticed, it doesn't take very long to smell the scent in the room even without all that big a melt pool.
Stella1952
I agree with what Vio said - as the melt pool starts growing, I expect to start smelling the candle. Even if I do not achieve a full melt pool on the first burn, I still expect that candle to be throwing nicely. HTH:)
