8-GRAN-ONES
and I used my new upland mold bought from the classies..I have to say, this mold is fantastic...I will be buying a bigger one when they open back up for business..I made two recipes..one I used Shea butter and the other cocoa butterI used sour milk...and put in sugar, salt and silk...So now the 6 month to year wait..I put FO in both of them..( I just love some smell..lol)One I made with Love Spell ..and the other with Flowerbomb.. eugenia
Good for you! With the 40% lye solution that you used, they will NOT take 6 months to harden up. With full water adn the 25% lye solution that soapcalc will default to for 100% olive, they will take that long.Congratulations!e

8-GRAN-ONES
I just wanted to report...I trimmed and cleaned the soap today...I was amazed at how hard they already are..Also I couldn't believe how much bubbles I have already..Just with what was on my hands from cleaning..I guess I should really call them Castile Type being theyare not 100% olive...But I am really happy with the out come so far.. eugenia
Gran, they look awesome; you should be very proud. I am so glad that you took the advice on the lye solution percentage. Castile fares much better with a stronger solution.BTW, you should post these in the Gallery, LOL!e
