idacandlelady Posted December 30, 2007 Share Posted December 30, 2007 I feel like an idiot asking this but here goes, On soapmaker when you use the premixed lye option do you still add the extra water. Not sure if that makes sense. There is a box for your lye amount and a box for the water, even when you use the premixed option it still gives an amount for the water, do you add that (water)to your premixed solution? Or do you add the two together and use that much of your premixed solution ? I guess I'm making it more difficult than it is. I guess I'm confuseing myself because when I mixed my solution I did a 2:1 ratio and on soapmaker it shows as 1:1 . Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
