Cream soap?

I recently made a batch of cream soap. After numerous problems, I finally finished it. As I couldn't wait for it to rot, I whipped up a small portion there and then. It originally had a very light fluffy feeling, like egg whites beaten with out sugar. Didn't feel lke much substance to it at all. Over time it has become thicker and more dense in feeling.

As I have never even seen cream soap before, I was wondering what the end product should look and feel like.

Any help much appreciated.
