Opinion on this soap recipe

Would like to have an opinion from some of you experts on this soap recipe that I just put together.

Crisco- 34.9 %

CO - 14.5

PKO - 14.5

Castor - 8.7

mango -7.0

Lard - 23.3

RBO - 8.7

Hard - 41

Clens - 16

Cond - 54

bubb - 23

creamy- 32

Iodine .65

INS - 142

I think this might be a good bar for dry skin. What do u think?

I'd drop the Crisco and replace it with RBO.

First of all, is your recipe in percentages? I get 111.6% when I added it up.

Secondly,I agree about dropping the Crisco. I wanted to like shortening in soap, but I just don't.

I'd recommend trying something like this:

Lard 35%

RBO 20%

Coconut 12.5%

PKO 12.5%

Castor 10%

Mango 10%

Hard - 44

Clens - 17

Cond - 51

bubb - 26

creamy- 36

Iodine- 59

INS - 142

Please keep in mind, that I tend to formulate with certain characteristics in mind. Everyone has their own preferences, so YMMV.
