When I had my store I stupidly leased my machine thru them. I have since closed my store, returned the machine but had to fullfill my time on the lease. I can't get them to quit taking the lease payment from my checking account. The company continuously made monthly withdrawls from my account, off contract. The only way I was able to solve it was have the bank reverse it and file it as an un-authorized charge, and they were not allowed to take out the money anymore! HTH!
