Sherl
You make pillars.. Wet spots seem to come with the territory. Some days you get more than others. You can try using a heat gun or putting in a warm oven, but I find they come back. I warm my jars and don't cool in the box and I seem to get better results than with any other method. Winter is worse with the cooler temps for me as well. As long as they are not real bad, I let them go, most customers do not seem to mind them, and the big names also have them. Fern-Marie
Hi Sunni,I got wet spots my first time out with the EZ Soy. I gave it a quick blast with the heat gun, and they went away. I did not get any with CB Advanced 2. However, when I did get them in the EZ, I checked a thread here and someone advised to pour cooler. Now, as long as I pour at about 115-118, I don't get them.Works for me, I hope it goes well for you. You'll know without a doubt if it is an airhole, that is a hole, or cavern - I was getting those too, I tried pouring at 128-130 just to see what would happen...I found out really quickly, and went back to 115-118.
