Cocoa Powder

The way I do it is to remove part of the batch into another container and mix the cocoa powder into it. Then I pour the uncolored part into the mold, followed by the color part. Lastly, I take a butter knife and wiggle it around to give it the marble-ing swirled effect.

I mix the cocoa powder in with a little oil or water to make a paste out of it (and no fair tasting it :) ), then add that to however much soap you want.

If you mix it in dry, you'll get speckles and clumps. Which can look OK but might not be the look you're going for.
