what is a good burn time?

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone!

I tried searching but kept finding info on calculating burn time...

Is there a chart somewhere that shows what a good burn time is to use as a guide?

I have a 5oz ecosoya 135 that has been burning for a total of 20 hours tops. There is about 1/3 left, so it looks like it will make it to 30 hours. Does that sound about right?

Thanks!

There are alot of factors that determine burn time. Trimming the wick, drafts, how long the candle is burned each time, etc. Therefore I do not give burn times for my candles. That being said let me try and answer your question! LOL

My 6oz tin (nt wt 4oz) burns b/w 20-25 hours so your burn time sounds just about right to me.

I use CB135 also.

I do not know of a chart. Maybe someone else can help with that.
