I tried both the zinc wick and an rrd and got a better throw with the hotter rrd wick. The throw was excellent. The scent reminded me of the apple cobbler, but with more spices. PurpleHippie Posted August 29, 2007 Share Posted August 29, 2007 I have both of these FO's and to me they smell almost identical. If I would have known that I wouldn't have ordered both. I got this and the Granma's Kicken Pie(pecan I think). Boy does that one stink! It smells like soap and not a nice fragrant soap at that.! Nothing pie about it at all. carol k Posted August 29, 2007 Share Posted August 29, 2007 lol. to me it smells like apple cider with a pumpkin undertone & spices. love it. i think it's going to be a great seller for me this fall.so far i've only had a tart in the warmer. i'm going to lite the candle today so i'll report later on the throw in a soy candle.
