I have a nice powdered milk and bubble bath recipe so thought maybe this would be a nice addition to it. I made a small batch of my recipe and subbed in some of the coconut milk powder for my plain ole' milk powder and for some reason it feels like this recipe makes my skin feel dry. Mabe it's just me...Guess my question is, I know that too much coconut oil in soaps can be drying...so is coconut milk powder drying also?
