marika
Well after stressing for a week, I did the first farmers market this morning. I sold a floorcloth and 2 soaps which covered the year's fee so I'm happy with that. Met some nice people , listened to some good music and had a good time in general...not a bad way to spend 3 hours on a Saturday morningMari:rolleyes:
gingerinarkansas
Congratulations on your sales. It gave you a chance to get your name out and show off your products. This could lead to bigger and better things once they know you're there. Ginger
LovelyLathers
Congats on making your seasons fee. Keep going and hand out some samples. SOmetimes it takes a while to get known. I had a market today too and did great. But I am known in town. I made about 40 times the fee. Last week I only did 20 times the fee but I handed out samples and this week quite a few of those samples turned into very nice sales. In the sample packaging I put a business card and 10% off the next purchase. I got back about 10 of the 40 I handed out. I think it was worth it.
