That depends on the size you are looking for.

We use a meatballer that we got by the cooking utensils at a store. This makes about a 2 oz. ball.

This is what ours looks like http://www.thekitchenstore.com/028901001568.html

Others use the plastic round ornament balls you can get at hobby stores like hobby lobby to get larger bath bombs.

They look like these http://www.factorydirectcraft.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=4785

For molds, I found this site, i never tried it myself but it seem to be dedicated for bath bomb supplies,

http://www.coastalscents.com/cfwebstore/index.cfm?fuseaction=category.display&category_ID=2

also brambleberry has "perfect for bath bombs" under one of there dome molds here

http://www.brambleberry.com/molds1.html[ /quote]

I have two of those and they have this odd overlapping edge that makes it difficult to place two halves together. However, if you are using only one to make a half dome, then its fine.

BCN has a meatballer mold that makes a perfect size, and i use a plastic 2 piece from michaels craft stores for the big ones:

the link won't work, but it's under the shopping cart under bath and body, it's listed as a bath bomb scooper
