dpowell
That depends on the size you are looking for.We use a meatballer that we got by the cooking utensils at a store. This makes about a 2 oz. ball. This is what ours looks like http://www.thekitchenstore.com/028901001568.htmlOthers use the plastic round ornament balls you can get at hobby stores like hobby lobby to get larger bath bombs. They look like these http://www.factorydirectcraft.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=4785
Meridith
I have the meat baller and the plastic ornaments and much prefer the plastic ornaments. I use some of my plastic molds to make different shapes.
elegantnaturals
I use the 60 mm ornament mold that Michael's craft store carries. It makes a good sized bomb. I may have to get the meatballer, though, for bubble bombs or foot bombs. HTH

However, if you are using only one to make a half dome, then its fine.
