Gingerbread Man that behaves

I'm still in the research stage of making CP soap and I should be all set in about six months. The first scent I'd like to try is Gingerbread Man. In general, does this FO behave well in CP soap? Any recommendations?

Ginger Snap from Snowdrift Farms smells fabulous. It "moves" a bit fast, even at low temps, but in my opinion is worth the fuss. I've not tried a lot of other ginger foody scents.
