ashncandles Posted June 10, 2007 Share Posted June 10, 2007 I dipped a few small stuffed animals today. Very messy!! :embarasse They turned out really cute tho! Does anyone have any suggestions on how to cut down on the mess?I used wax paper under my cooling rack and put a cooling rack over the melter and draining the wax from them over the melter.Any other suggestions?TIA!Ash Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Aspencreek Posted June 12, 2007 Share Posted June 12, 2007 I dip mine in the presto pot then holding it with thick rubber gloves on I squeeze out all of the wax. Make sure not to squeeze to hard or you will have wax all over your walls. That is how I do mine and it seems to work pretty darn well.
