ladysj
I was wondering if anyone uses this wax and what pro's/con's you have. Thanks quick replies are greatly appreciated.
flightoffancy
I tested with it and the only problem I had with it was the air pockets. It makes a pretty candle though.
ladysj
I wonder if poking relief holes would help with that problem. Did you try that?
flightoffancy
Yep, that's the only way to do it with that wax. Poke relief holes and then do a re-pour.
ladysj
Thank you for replying so quick. One more question lol Is it hard to wick? What wick type do you suggest? Sorry that's 2 questions:laugh2:
flightoffancy
It's definitely a hard wax so you should prepare yourself to wick up. I poured testers in 10 oz apothecary jars (4" diameter) and double wicked with 2 LX 18's I believe. I don't have my notes down here so I'd have to check them to be certain.
