Stearic and Vybar 343 are both used to increase FO load but it sounds like vybar 343 is made pretty much for that reason, whereas stearic has many other uses. All I can really say is to try both and see which one causes better throw. Vybar 103 and 260 will inhibit mottling but vybar 343 doesnt because its specifically for mottled candles.
