I would like to make what I believe are called reed diffusers - a jar of smelly liquid that has some 'sticks' (reeds?) standing in the liquid. They absorb the liquid and give off a lovely aroma. Someone suggested that maybe the liquid is polysorbate 20 with water and EO. But what proportions?? Would appreciate muchly if anyone can help with a recipe.
