If you really want the ones for oil, and not wax melts, then I saw a bunch of them at my local Dollar Tree. They were in nice neutral colors, all about 4" tall. They won't work for wax melts though, because the top bowl is way too shallow, plus they should really be taller than 4". You can also do a Google search using wholesale oil burners.
