Thanks for your opinions. I will not be doing a web site. I can not afford to trade mark it now. What would you do, Suggestions. StacysScentsations(DH) Posted September 18, 2005 Share Posted September 18, 2005 In NJ thats where im from you register your name with the county but that only stops people in your county from registering the same name, however, that will not stop someone anywhere (even your county) from incorporating that name.
