Christina
While reading on the old board, I found a recipe that said, if you mix equal portions of coconut oil with mineral oil (or castor oil), it stops your hair from falling out (according to a pharmasist). MY question is, how do I apply this? Do I use it as a hair mask type thing? Or wear it around all day? Thick or thin? Any input or thoughts would be appreciated.Christina
gingerinarkansas
Since it's oil you would probably just massage into the scalp, leave it on a while and shampoo. I've seen stuff like this before...I remember one having rosemary EO in it but I don't remember how long you left in on. Sorry. msmeredith
I would not recommend using mineral oil because it clogs the pores. Castor oil is great for thinning hair lines just by itself.
