mysticglow Posted September 15, 2005 Share Posted September 15, 2005 Just wondering if I can sub soybean oil for rice bran. Or maybe up the % of Olive to sub out the RBO. I don't want a soft slimey bar though. The RBO is 15% of my recipe. What difference would it make in the finished bar? According to soapcalc the soap qualities are very similar for the finished product but the fatty acids vary somewhat.
