UPS ground service to commercial and residential destinations will INCREASE 4.9% whether you prepare your shipments online and drop off or have them processed at a UPS store. Do you not think that Fed-Ex will be raising rates as well? USPS has already announced their intent to do so, so it doesn't really matter.
