Denise06
Hi, I'm trying to make a 16oz. mason jar, but, it only holds 13oz. soy. If i melt 12oz. soy and 1oz. fo. with an HTP 1312, do you think it will work?
clsstuart
Way to big of a wick, either use htp 105 or if really heavy scent use htp 1212.Good luck!
Candlebuddy
I think the 1oz fo and 12oz soy is a good starting point to test. If you're using a regular mason jar, an htp1312 would be too large. If your using a widemouth, you could test it.
Gravity
I use 1 oz FO to 13 oz of 100% soy... and it gives terrific cold & hot throws.
Denise06
what size wick do you use?
Gravity
I don't use mason jars, so I wouldn't be able to effectively give you wick info... but I would try the HTP1212 to start and go from there. But, you should be good with your FO to wax ratio!
