AngelaVA Posted November 17, 2006 Share Posted November 17, 2006 I tested both waxes. 4627 is far superior, imho. Other people use 4630 and love it, but it just didn't work for me. For me, it wasn't anything like 4627. 4630 smoked and had a weak throw. 4627 has the best throw of any paraffin wax out there, hands down. But scooping it out of the bag and dealing with the wicking can turn people off.
