botanica Posted October 11, 2006 Share Posted October 11, 2006 The only "license" you would need is a seller's permit--you'll have to check your state's laws especially regarding selling out of state and what they want to do about sales tax--tax reporting, etc. Also, I would highly encourage you to obtain business liability insurance.
