Help converting grams to ounces for an order

I'm about to place an order for some ingredients and I want to be sure to order enough to use for my recipe. The ingredients are listed in grams so could someone PLEASE help me convert the grams to ounces???

I need: 10 grams what amount would that be in ounces?

I need: 30 grams-ounces?

I need: 15 grams- ounces?

I have tried using an online converter but it just confused me????

Ok, I DID use an online converter does this sound right????

20 grams= 0.71 oz

30 grams= 1.06 oz

15 grams= 0.53oz?

Yep that sounds right - 1st post asked for 10 grams - that would be .36 ounces. hth Sandy

If you can remember this number (I use it all the time, its engraved into my brain now LOL) 28.35 - thats about how many grams there are to an oz. So..

If you have 30 grams and you want to know how many oz, just divide by 28.35 and you get 1.06.

Or, if you have 1.06 oz and you want to know how many grams, just multiply by 28.35 and you get 30 (or 30.051 to be exact lol).

I cheat - I type something like this: convert 10 grams to oz. in Google and hit enter. Make sure you don't use *into* (convert 10 grams into oz) just use the word *to*. Trust me, you get 2 completely different looking pages. Works great! LOL Hope I didn't confuse anyone.
