If you want to say all natural and mean it you'll need to stick to herbs and things like that for color. There are some threads around here listing different alternatives. Cocoa powder for brown, infusing oils with herbs for golds and peaches..... You can also use oxides and ultramarines for brighter colors, they're on the border of "natural" some people say they are, some say they aren't.

You'll need to watch out for some of the greens - eventually they'll fade in the light.
