cmille3
First off, mint tea is fabulous. Take a couple of good sized sprigs, stuff them into a jar and pour boiling water over them. Strain before drinking (or not).DH makes a dry rub that includes mint. He ties sprigs together and hangs them and then just crushes them by hand. pamperme
you can cut them hang them upside down to try..by tying a ribbon around the stems in a cool dry place..and use them for B&B stuff..soap..etc..
Meridith
You can let it dry and put some ground leaves in a bath tea. That sounds nice to me.
Linnyeg
I dried mine by hanging it upside down in a cool dark area. Then I crushed it by hand and infused it in olive oil. I put it into soap without any added scent, but sadly the mint scent didnt come through. It did make a nice pale green soap though!
