Hope Posted May 25, 2006 Share Posted May 25, 2006 Hmmm... did a short search on that to no avail. I found a supplier that sells molds to make them, but they don't have pics yet. Webster's defines alcove as a small recessed section of a room. So.... I'll make a guess and think that it may be those candles that have a small opening/area for replaceable tealights or votives to be put into, so that the original wax creation isn't actually burned.
