sink hole

I started test burning a candle about 10 minutes ago. And there was a huge sink hole surrounding the wick that goes strait down the center. Its like the wax didnt ahear to the wick. you cannot tell this issue unless you burn the candle. What causes this and how do you prevent it. I dont want a customer to get a candle like this.

What temp did you pour this at please? I can help you with thissince this is our wax (I think).

i poured at 175 F yes this is your wax

OK - so that tells me what Batch you are in and what you may need to do.

Pour at the temp you did, but warm the jar a little first and then cover with a box or towel or something to slow down the cooling process. Thanks Brenda! I ordered some more od this wax a few days ago along with some containers. So ill try to warm my jars this time. Its weird because it only happened to one candle out of a batch of 6! Im thinking there may have been an air bubble in there somewhere. I read on your site where if i spend 25.00 I can get a free 1 oz FO but when I checked out it didnt give me an option as to what scent I want?
