sudsnwicks Posted April 16, 2006 Share Posted April 16, 2006 I got mine from MMS too. There is key in there which tells you what color corresponds to what pH number. Wet the strip with water first, then put it against your soap to see what color you get. pH 7 is neutral, above that is alkaline and below that is acidic. For CP soap, a reading of 7-10 is considered normal. Be aware though, that these strips are not absolutely accurate, they are more of a rough guideline of what pH your product is having.
